Job Title: Computer Operator
Work Location: Candidate must be on site in Lexington, KY
Shift: 3rd Shift: 6:00PM to 6:00AM alternate work schedule

Seeking a Computer Operator able to operate and support complex Mainframe computer systems from both a console and batch perspective. Applicant must be able to perform 1st and 2nd level problem determination and recovery for system hardware and software failures. Must be familiar with and able to follow escalation process along with the capability of leading bridge calls and communicate with technical support and upper level management. Applicant must also be familiar with or have knowledge of batch flows, scheduling tools, and ticketing tools. Particularly interested in candidates with experience with IMS database manipulations and Control-M. Knowledge Standard Recovery Management Process a plus. Must absolutely demonstrate a positive work attitude at all times and be adaptable and flexible to the work environment.

Weekend coverage is required.
